How long will it take you to ship my order?
We ship orders within 3 business days (though often do same day shipping), unless noted otherwise if you are pre-ordering a limited edition color. You’ll receive a notification by email with your tracking information once your item has been shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days within the continental US depending on your distance from our HQ in Los Angeles. International orders vary.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere you can receive mail! If you are outside the US, you’re responsible for any shipping charges, taxes and duties.
How do you ship?
We typically ship via USPS first class or priority mail for all continental US orders. If you want expedited shipping (we all know sometimes you forget about that wedding or interview until the last minute), you can choose expedited shipping at checkout.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted on all unworn, unsoiled and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Each item must be in new condition, with tags still intact.

There are three options:
- Refund to original payment method: label provided, free return shipping.
- Store credit: label provided, free return shipping.
- Exchange: label provided, free return shipping.
In case exchanged items are not in stock, please note whether you would like a refund or store credit (free). If you don't provide a preference in the online return form, then a store credit will be processed.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We want to make it easy for you to try our brand + find your best fit! We do offer free shipping for exchanges on U.S. orders. Please go to our Return Center here to retrieve the return label.
How long do refunds take?
Returns are processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving your items, and you will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. If it’s been longer than 2 weeks your return being received and you have not received an email notification of your refund, please send us an email and we will look into it for you. Please note it may take an additional period after your refund is issued for your bank to deposit the refund to your account.
What size should I buy?
Our sizing chart may vary from your other favorite brands due to our inclusive size range, so we recommend checking our fit tips on each product page + checking your ACTUAL measurements against our size chart. If you have a question about sizing that isn’t answered there, you can always reach out to us.
You’re sold out of the item I want! What can I do?
If it’s a limited edition color, you’ve missed purchasing that color but we always suggest you sign up for our mailing list (in the footer) to be the first on the list for future color releases. If we’ve run out of a neutral (like black or white), make sure You can sign up on individual product pages via the “email me when available” button to be notified if we receive a return in your size - that way, you’ll be the first to hear about restocks. In the future we’re hoping to offer an option to pre-order your size for our next round of production, so stay tuned!
If you'd like to use a discount code to buy a full capsule but we're sold out of an item, you can buy the pieces that are available now and then reach out to us for a special discount code that honors the full capsule discount when/if you're able to purchase the final piece(s).
Are you planning to bring back [sold out item]?
For colors, we do not plan to carry it anytime soon but will be releasing a new limited edition color soon. For neutral colors (black + white), we will be restocking after our next round of production. We recommend signing up via the “email me when available” button on the product detail pages you’re interested in, which will let you know if we get any returns in your size. Or if you want to be the first to hear about past items we’re bringing back, sign up for our mailing list in the footer!
Can I buy a gift card?

Will that limited edition color look ok on me?
We try out best to accurately represent out colors online but they may vary slightly. Colors are chosen by our founder + creative director, Crystal Cave, who is an experienced celebrity + personal stylist, so all colors are designed to work for most skin tones!
Given the limited nature of our color runs (once they’re done, they’re done), we recommend taking advantage of our free domestic US shipping + exchange policy. If you hate how it looks for you, you can always return it (consider it a free at home try on)! We’d rather have you get a color you love than miss out on it.
